 Standard Service - £59

An interim service for peace of mind to make sure your bike is running as it should, smoothly and safely.

Standard service includes:

• Tune gears.
  
• Tune brakes.
• Lubricate components.
• Check + adjust wheel bearings.
• Check + adjust bottom bracket.
• Check + adjust headset / stem.
  
• Inspect chain for wear.
• Inspect cassette for wear.
• Inspect chainset for wear.
• Inspect cable inner and outers.
• Inspect frame.
  
• Remove + grease seat post.
• Check wheel and tyre condition.
  
• Carry out minor truing work.
• Check + adjust tyre pressures.
• Check pedals for wear.
• Check all accessories are secure.

This service includes labour, oils and greases but does not include the fitting of any parts. If any new parts require fitting we will upgrade you to a Premium Service. This service does not include bearing replacement, suspension servicing or bleeding hydraulic brakes.

 Premium Service - £119

A comprehensive service, recommended at least annually depending on mileage. This service is designed to keep things running smoothly and safely, it addresses general wear and it includes the labour cost of fitting new parts as required including drivetrain, pads and cables including items 7-13 listed in extras below. It does not include bearing servicing or hydraulic brake bleeding, these can easily be added as extras.

Premium service includes:

• Check torque settings throughout.
• Clean + carefully inspect the bike.
• Tune gears.
• Update electronic components.
• Check + replace electronic batteries if required.
• Clean, adjust, reset brakes.
• Replace brake pads if required.
• Lubricate all components.
• Check + adjust wheel bearings.
• Check + adjust bottom bracket.
• Check + adjust headset / stem.
• Inspect chain + replace if necessary.
• Inspect cassette + replace if necessary.
• Inspect chainrings + replace if necessary.
• Inspect cables + replace if necessary.
• Inspect frame.
• Remove + grease seat post.
• Check wheel and tyre condition.
• Precision true wheels in jig.
• Check + adjust tyre pressures.
• Fit new tyres / tubes if required.
• Replace handlebar tape if requested.
• Check pedals for wear.
• Check all accessories are secure.

This service includes the labour for servicing and fitting of parts but does not include the cost of the parts themselves. This service does not include bearing replacement, suspension servicing or bleeding hydraulic brakes.

The Premium Service covers many general service items as listed above. Add 'extras' to your service package as required, such as a bottom bracket service or a brake bleed. The price guide to these extra jobs is listed below. (Items 7-13 are included in the Premium Service package.

We are always flexible with your servicing needs, we offer trouble shooting, repairs, adjustments, component fitting, bike builds and groupset swaps. We are very happy to offer an estimate on these jobs.

If the work is not a full hour it will be broken down into 15, 30 and 45 minutes, with a £15 minimum charge.
