Shimano Ultegra and Dura-Ace Crankset Inspection and Recall...

Many of you may be aware of the Shimano Crankset Inspection and Recall which is currently taking place. Ultegra and Dura-Ace Cranksets from 2012 - 2019 are being called in for inspection. We are in the process of getting the inspections rolled out and hope to be able to carry out the inspections from Monday 2nd October.

You can help us with this by checking the two letter code on the inside of your cranks. If it has the following two letter codes stamped inside the crank arm it will need inspecting...

KF, KG, KH, KI, KJ, KK, KL, LA, LB, LC, LD, LE, LF, LG, LH, LI, LJ, LK, LL, MA, MB, MC, MD, ME, MF, MG, MH, MI, MJ, MK, ML, NA, NB, NC, ND, NE, NF, NG, NH, NI, NJ, NK, NL, OA, OB, OC, OD, OE, OF, OG, OH, OI, OJ, OK, OL, PA, PB, PC, PD, PE, PF, PG, PH, PI, PJ, PK, PL, QA, QB, QC, QD, QE, QF, QG, QH, QI, QJ, QK, QL, RA, RB, RC, RD, RE, and RF.
